2. How do I get added to your print catalog mailing list?

You are automatically added to our mailing list if you order a book from us (unless you specifically ask not to be). Otherwise, email us at [email protected] and let us know your areas of interest.

4. Do you offer exam/desk copies?

If you want to adopt (or are considering adopting) one of our paperbacks for a course, electronic copies are free for 60 days, after which your access will cease, or you can pay $10 for perpetual access.  Click here for an order form.

If you prefer a print copy of a paperback, they are available for $10 in the US and $20 elsewhere to cover shipping and handling. Click here for an order form.

Hardcover copies (in print or electronic format) are available at a 50% discount, plus shipping ($10 in the US; $20 elsewhere).

Please limit your request to 3 books and include the name of your institution along with the name and number of the course, its anticipated enrollment, and when it will be offered.

5.  Do you publish ebooks?

Yes, we publish and sell digital versions of our books. If you are interested in ordering an ebook for yourself or for a course you are teaching and it's not already available for purchase on our website, please call us or email [email protected].

Ebooks purchased from our website are supplied by our partner, Vitalsource, and require you to download their ereader Bookshelf to your device.  For more information on how Bookshelf works, go to www.vitalsource.com/bookshelf-features.

6.  Where can I purchase ebooks of your titles?

Most of our titles are available right here at rienner.com, but we also make selected titles available to individuals through these vendors: Redshelf, VitalSource, Perusall, Kortext, and Barnes & Noble, among others.  Librarians can order our ebooks from EbscoHost, Proquest, or De Gruyter.

7. How do I get a book for review in a journal or other media?

We provide complimentary review copies, but the request must come directly from the journal, etc. Please send your request to [email protected].

8. How do I place an order if I live outside of the US or Canada?

9.  How much do you charge for shipping?

For orders sent within the United States, we charge $10 for the first book and $4 for each additional book. For orders sent outside the United States, we charge $20 for the first book and $10 for each additional book.

10. How long will it take for me to receive my book order?

Books typically ship within two to three business days. Delivery time varies depending on destination, e.g.: within the US and Canada, it takes roughly five to seven days; outside of the US and Canada, it takes approximately three to six weeks. 12. What is your returns policy?

Returns must be received within twelve months of the invoice date, be in clean, saleable condition, and accompanied by the invoice number or a copy of the invoice. Retail returns are limited to 20% for each book ordered. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse: Lynne Rienner Publishers, c/o Books International, 22880 Quicksilver Drive, Dulles, VA 20166.

13. What is your privacy policy?

We value your business and respect your privacy. We adhere to a strict opt-in only policy. We will not send you any information via email unless you have requested it. At no time will we share, sell, rent, or make available in any other way any information you have provided to us or we have collected by tracking your usage of our website.
